As our readers are aware, the USCIS has been approving cases very quickly this year via the Premium Processing Service. We are happy to report that the USCIS has continues its trend of approving premium processed cases at a rapid rate.

 

For the month of April 2010, all of our premium processed EB-1A and EB-1B cases were approved in 10 days or less, with a few cases receiving approvals in only 6 days. Using our most recent case as an example:

 

            The EB-1A applicant was a biomedical researcher who worked at a medium size          pharmaceutical company. She had published 20 peer-reviewed articles with 190  citations to those articles. Additionally, she was a senior level member of a     leading biological society, and had several email inquiries requesting more          information about her research.

 

            The case was submitted via premium processing, and was approved in 6 days  without an RFE.

 

As our cases from the month of April demonstrate, the USCIS continues to rapidly approve cases through the Premium Processing Service. Applicants wishing to take advantage of premium processing could receive even more value through the service since the USCIS has recently been approving cases faster than the promised 15 day processing period.
